Service
Tarmac and Car Parks in Kent, Essex, London and the Home Counties
Tarmac surfacing for car parks, estate roads and access roads, with kerbing, drainage and crisp line marking to finish.
What is included in our tarmac and car parks service?
We surface commercial car parks, estate roads, access roads and yards in tarmac across Kent, Essex, London and the Home Counties, and complete the job with kerbs, drainage and line marking so the area is ready to open.
A car park is only as good as the construction under it. We excavate and build the sub base to suit the expected traffic, install drainage and kerb lines, then lay binder and surface courses to the levels needed for water to run to the outlets.
Our car park work includes new build schemes, extensions and full resurfacing of existing car parks for retail, industrial, office, education and transport clients. Where a site has to stay open, we phase the works so part of the car park remains in use.
Once the surface is down, we mark out bays, accessible spaces, arrows, hatching and chevrons so the layout is clear from day one.

Questions answered
Tarmac and Car Parks questions
Yes. We phase the works so sections of the car park remain open, with clear signage and barriers between the working area and live traffic.
Yes. We mark bays, accessible spaces, directional arrows, hatching and chevrons as part of our car park packages.
Both work. Tarmac is quicker to lay across large areas, while block paving is easier to repair locally and can be permeable. We advise on the right option for your site, budget and drainage.
